It is critical to obtain an agreement with the Client and baseline the requirement list, which includes technical environment, infrastructure components, network configuration, access requirements, specific tools required, security requirements and telecommunication necessities that need to be transitioned and managed during service delivery . 

To gain approval from the Client, the Technology And Infrastructure Lead must summarize the requirements along with the gap analysis and risk documentation. This is critical for the success of the transition and serivce delivery as the Technology And Infrastructure is the backbone of the project without which the service delivery team will not be able to deliver and meet the contracutal requirements as stated in the SoW.

Obtaining acceptance on the requirements from the Client will ensure that our understanding of the requirements is inline with that of the Client and that the implemented technology is based on the approvedrequirements and will meet both Client and serice delivery requirements.
